NEYMAR has threatened to the quit PSG if they sign Cristiano Ronaldo, according to reports.
He has become the star of the show in the French capital while maintaining his dazzling form as PSG top the league table.
Neymar has scored 18 goals for club and country this season but there has been talk of the Portuguese star joining him at PSG.
Ronaldo, 32, is coming towards the tail-end of his career and could soon be moved onto pastures new as president Florentino Perez looks to freshen up his side.
But according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Neymar will do all in his power to stop that happening.
The report states that Neymar joined PSG to be “the undisputed leader.”
And the 25-year-old fears that Ronaldo’s addition would overshadow him.
So Neymar has apparently launched an ultimatum to the hierarchy in Paris.
He says that if they sign Ronaldo then he will try to force through a move elsewhere.
And the board have taken his warning on and stepped down from their pursuit.
